Which Laptop to Buy?!

Hi,

I am hoping to get some thoughts/opinions about what laptop to buy. My old one has died on me after a fatal fall from the coffee table.......

I have a basic knowledge of computers but I am not great technically, so I am grateful for any input that anyone has.

Probably about 95% of the laptop's use will be on FM, so the main priority will be a laptop that can run FM smoothly and fairly quick. Other uses would be using iTunes and general internet use. I have read that the intel processors are best for FM and I have tried to find laptops with decent size HDD and atleast 6GB RAM. I haven't worried about graphics cards much as I don't play any other games on my laptop other than FM.

You will know yourself.

If it has to be a laptop then you have to look at your selections.

Are you happy playing on a 15.6" or would you prefer the 17.3"?

Also you may not care about the GPU but it is very relevant when asking what is the best deal,I suggest you post the GPU for each laptop.

could you add the ghz that those laptops have? that is the main thing for fm

the i5-2450M is boosted up to 3.10ghz
the i5-2430M is boosted up to 3ghz ...

the i processors have a resting clock speed but the whole point of them is that they are boosted when needed..
