Training facilities linked to stadium

I just got my new stadium!

I didnt know that training facilities are linked to stadium!

Training facilities and youth facilities jumped one level!

And I dont even own my youth facilities, they are rented. So they build new youth facilies too, those facilities are located in my stadium and they are still rented???

This is confusing. Did you know that new stadium also improves your training facilities?
