With these players, how wise is it to ignore their unhappiness and keep them on the schedule? It's the only way my players seem to improve

With these players, how wise is it to ignore their unhappiness and keep them on the schedule? It's the only way my players seem to improve

Sign them to a long term deal if they aren't already. Then play the crap out of them. If they are still upset after a season or two, then might as well send them on their way. Most of the team will probably hate them by that time anyway.
