Too long timewasting

Drawing 0-0 in a game I really should have won, when it got in to extra time they spent 35 seconds standign on a throw in before they took it, and then with 30 seconds left got a free kick for offside and just stood on the ball until the whistle went, never taking the kick. Surely this is some kind of bug, as no one could get away with standing over the ball and not kicking it for that long? Something SI needs to sort out I think..
