I would take a stab at it being the northern irish second division- purely because it is the weakest nation in europe to have more than one division playable. There may be worse clubs in the other continents though- not to sure about the quality of india, singapore, malaysia ect.

I second that. I've tried several times to lead Lurgan Celtic (which for some reason is the first team I ever tried when I first played FM) to glory and it's always a frustrating game that I've never taken more than a few months.

Try winning the world cup with a nation ranked below 200th in the rankings, i have tried a few times with no success.
