Can anyone tell me how staff atributes change ? and if i can do anything to influence this change ?

I can only assume that staff attributes change with time, both with increases and decreases. I'm not aware of any ways to influence them, though I could be wrong.

As heathxxx has said attributes change with time as long as the staff member has CA points available.

Age plays a role, staff tend to improve most through their 30s/40s before settling in their 50s, they may decline a little as they get older (60s) but its not as obvious as players.

You can influence them by having them coach specific areas of training, a coach training defence will see improvement in the relevant attributes and may even see drops in others.
