Work permit help ugrent

Found alot of good young players currently playing at under 20's for african nations, they have insane stats

Im Portsmouth in the updated fm12. 2nd season in championship.

I can't even get these players on trial without a work permit.

Help please

The only way to avoid it is to find a work permit feeder club. It won't work in Championship, I'm afraid.

It all depends of your reputation, promotion would certainly increase your chances to get a proper feeder club.
