Alter Promotion/Relegation FM07

Hi Folks.

Wondering if it was ever possible to alter the number of promotion or relegation spots in FM07?

I've built a fairly good team in the form of East Stirling on FM07, but can't bloody well get out of the Scottish First Division due to the stupid 1 up, 1 down rule from the Ess Pee Ell to Ess Eff Ell.

Would love to change this in the Editor so that it can have 2 up, 2 down, therefore making the game much more competitive.
