Urgent help please!

Recommended Posts

Easiest way, is to make a copy (on an external disk, memory stick, cd, etc...) of the following folder:

<user>/My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2012

Then simply replace that folder once you've re-installed Windows and the game.

Any graphics you've added to the game, your tactics, training schedules, scouting shortlists, etc...

All usually go into that folder. That's why I suggested that if you want your game to be "as was", it's better/easier just to copy the whole folder.

If i copy that folder and then copy it over the one when i reinstall FM12 will i have all my files.

Where would i need to copy the halloffame file from as that has my achievements, and i dont want to lose them as last time i bloody formatted it i lose my hall of fame data from FM11, there really should be help here for people trying to backup their data.

Either search for the hall_of_fame.dat or it can be found (at least on Vista/Win 7) at:

C: -> Users -> Public -> Documents -> Sports Interactive -> Football Manager 2012

Thanks.
