heathxxx
Easiest way, is to make a copy (on an external disk, memory stick, cd, etc...) of the following folder: <user>/My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2012 Then simply replace that folder once you've re-installed Windows and the game. omaroo
But if i just copy the game saves and the hall of fame.dat file will that NOT be enough.

heathxxx
But if i just copy the game saves and the hall of fame.dat file will that NOT be enough. Sure, but if you want to keep any other settings, it's as easy just to copy the whole folder.
omaroo
But what other setting do you actually mean though.
postal postie
But what other setting do you actually mean though. training schedules, face packs, shortlists
heathxxx
Any graphics you've added to the game, your tactics, training schedules, scouting shortlists, etc... All usually go into that folder. That's why I suggested that if you want your game to be "as was", it's better/easier just to copy the whole folder.
omaroo
So my tactics, scouting shortlists from the game, facepacks are in that folder, if so i need that folder.

Administrators Neil Brock Posted April 18, 2012 Administrators Share Posted April 18, 2012 Either search for the hall_of_fame.dat or it can be found (at least on Vista/Win 7) at: C: -> Users -> Public -> Documents -> Sports Interactive -> Football Manager 2012 Thanks.
