Bressan's been loaned out! Can i get him back please. Dick seems to have a problem with him
so its 2 yellow cards and you get a 1 match ban thats a bit steep i have 3 players out and another 2 player about to be banned arghh
September & October Update
This is the first update and will contain 2 months worth after I run over too much into October! Here Is The Upload
Campionato Super League Table
The table is starting to shape up now with a few shocks in the lower part of the table. Napoli are the major shock, with many people tipping them for greatness, but lay in 13th place after playing 12 games! Colo Colo's fantastic start has faltered and they now lay in 17th. Malaga are the team to watch right now and were always going to be up there, with my prediction being between PSV and Malaga for the title! I would have to say i'm shocked by Fulham who are in dead last, starting the season well enough, but find it very difficult to win a match in recent months.
League Player Stats
Updates will be everyone month from now and I will display the Weekly Awards. Here are the following awards...
Manager Of The Week
Goalkeeper Of The Week
Defender Of The Week
Midfielder Of The Week
Striker Of The Week
Oh dear. Favre doesn't appear to know quite what he's doing, selling players like Herrmann and Jantschke to fellow Super League teams. Not the most encouraging start to the season.
My Predictions:
Winners: Napoli
Runners-Up: Malaga
Top Scorer: Cavani
Best Player: Hazard
Wait. Favre quit? Does this mean I can appoint a new Gladbach manager of my own choosing rather than the guy the save game chose?
16 games in all so far for Fulham this season, a whopping 2 victories, I thought I was clever changing manager, obviously not
Our top 2 rated players are defenders though which is odd for the bottom side...
Our home record is 5 played, 0 won, 1 drawn and 4 lost. Maybe 20,000 capacity isn't good enough!
Al-Sadd Breaking News
Al-Sadd have today announced the expansion to the Oil Company Stadium. They have expanded by 10,000 Capacity, costing the club a heavy £20mil! Mike Nevo, Chairman of Al-Sadd had this to say...
"I believe that this is the best approach, due to our constant sell-out on match days. It is my hope that the expansion will pay for itself in due time."
Delighted with the performance so far will be happy with mid table - 2nd at the moment
Just holidayed to december with Fulham, no training report at all from any month, no development from any of my players either. I wish we could choose our staff. Having the best facilities but 2.5/3 stars on each training category is stupid.
We have 2 GK coaches, both training both GK categories at 3*. If they did one each it's 4*...
I hate the AI sometimes
Holidaying through to the end of january now, will see if their is any progress and any transfer decisions too.

weyyyy not bottom anymore thought they wouldn't be i had faith![]()
Looks like my team still needs some work
Holiday report.
After 12 games we had 2 points. I changed the tactics and holidayed till january, 27 points from 14 games.
I think the 4 players safe rule will need to be moved to 7, Napoli managed to sell Maggio, Cavani and Dossenna in January. This will be even worse next season when the first seasons signings won't be protected by TM :P
I believe the youth intake day is 8th march, going to holiday to the 1st and check out what I get, I know it won't be the same, but I want to see what kind of standard I'm looking at.
Well, let me just say that max facilities didn't yield great results. Hopefully better in TM's version though!
I've re-loaded 7 times, 1 player has come through with PA above 170...
Is this because of San Marino being rather **** as a country?
Last edited by Jpr; 20-04-2012 at 01:01.
Im running the save now and will see if i get different results Jpr
Edit: this 2 yellows = suspension is such a killer on the squad
Last edited by Babaginoosh; 20-04-2012 at 02:04.
Yeh I had a go on it and if a player isn't banned they are on a yellow, it's like forced squad rotation
I can see my team, Fulham, really going down the pan quickly. They're predicted 11th and even when I had them in 13th in April I was getting Hangeland, Dempsey, Schwarzer and a host of others requesting transfers and just being unhappy.
I'm still going to play though, who knows, they might surprise us all and win the Euro cup!
Its going to force us to rely on home growns and with our rep it will be difficult at the moment
At least my finances look good, banked about 31m and been selling out 35k stadium on april 17th
After the first intake, i have 1 striker with PA of 149 and DR at 136
Not that bad for first year with low rep
Last edited by Babaginoosh; 20-04-2012 at 02:53.
I've been away all day can I still confirm budgets and 4players not to be sold?
Edit:
thought i'd put the info up if the answers yes.
PSV
transfer budger: 10M
wage budget: 200k
4 players not allowed transferred : Kevin Strootman, Georginio Wijnaldum, Christian Benitez & Dries Mertens
also I loan Labyad to Bolton for a season so why is he at river :S
Last edited by AndyEs; 20-04-2012 at 06:52.
Boy, River is full of suck so far.
Can't Believe Anji are doing so bad.
Better put their asses in gear or else its out with the manager and in with someone who is going to win!
Important: Please Read
I've decided to open a vote due to a few problems with the current game, including Yellow Card Bans and Transfers...
Question: Would you like me to restart over, fixing the issues in game and doing the transfers through the official editor?
Answers: Yes or No.
Reason: Please state your reason/reason's.
Please note, this will not affect any transfers you have made, they will all be done as requested earlier.
I personally believe we should, just to mainly fix the yellow card issue and also the manager contract issue, when you've switched your manager.
i am not sure to be honest because the yellow card is sort of an equalizer for the lesser teams because the big boys who have money and spend fortune to spend sort of cant rely on spending big on one player you have to spend money wisely maybe up the amount of transfers so then you can bring in some good squad players
I vote yes. Doing it now is better than waiting. As this league goes on for multiple seasons, this will be a pretty constant source of annoyance.
I am happy to continue as we are as the yellow card rules affects us all the same so nobody gains an advantage. My only argument for re starting would be my summer transfers could be sorted as there were a few issues there but that is purely selfish reasons so my vote is CONTINUE AS WE ARE.
I think we should restart, as long as TM is up for the amount of work he will have to do.
So far its 2 yes and 2 no
wheres the second no?
I'm saying no! Just because it's going well for me haha.
I'm saying yes because it could be pivotal this yellow card thing. You could have a good player who is quite card prone or a team that picks up a few yellows and in a couple of games that player or several others will be suspended whereas if it was the 5 yellows then that wouldn't happen as much.
I think it makes it interesting so NO!![]()
As badly as i want to say yes....
My official vote is NO
I think it does level the playing field from the high spending teams and quality of depth in a club plays a big role now. Only reason i would say to restart is to fix the managers wages, other than that my vote is NO.
So far, it looks like the majority of people are content with carrying on, so because of that, i'm going to do the next update, but please carry on voting if you haven't yet.

Yeah, I'm happy to carry on with it as it makes it a bit different, plus there's no need for TM to have to go through all the trouble of sorting it all out again.
I would also vote to continue, tis alot of work for Tm to have to restart this when there are only a few problems![]()
The only issue i see coming up is it might factor into players happiness and they might want out of the tough league. Other than that, meh.
I'm going to say yes, it is destroying my Fulham squad who are somewhat reliant on their nucleus of good players, as long as TM doesn't mind of course.
It's a fair bit of work, though I guess doing the transfers properly will save him running around cancelling transfers etc again.

Been reading this thread with intent, just out of interest what editor is TM using? I have FMRTE but find it very difficult to swap players' contracted clubs.
Steam wont even load...
How do you change players' contracted clubs throughout the game?
I've got to be honest I'm not too fussed either way, the yellow card problem is abit of an annoyence, but like everyones said, its even for everyone. And on the other hand my teams started quite welllol. so i think I'm going to vote to continue as we are.
I've got a problems with my computerWill try get an update in by the end of the night, but I can't get into Steam right now for some reason.
I am 2nd but have no staff hardly as I sacked a load before I knew I couldn't sign any more - only swap. So although I am 2nd I say start again I am sure there are things we could all do differently if we did
Im happy to continue, teams doing well and the yellow card rule affects everyone so not a reason to stop. So i vote no happy to continue, also PSV r top :P
Any chance of adding an extra person (i.e. me) if possible![]()
kind of on the fence for this one. It is fair as it's the same for everyone, but equally I've had a shocking start :P. That being said, I think the reputation might need a rethink - I can't think of any other reason why my manager loaned Hamsik to some obscure Slovenian club. Will leave it up to everyone else
And other good thing is there is no relegation and also you can up the reputation of the league using fmrte![]()
Computer Problems
I've had some major computer problems and have struggled to find reasons, therefore I've reformatted my computer and it will take a couple of hours to get back up, but hopefully i'll have it up for an update laterI kept the save and database safe

3 goalies of the week awards for shay given in a row! top notch! and mentions for hutton, culler, petrov as well!
Yep, you and me both. I also think (although not sure) that my players' values have taken a major hit. Although I never normally do it, I took a peek on Genie Scout, which said that Cavani's sale price is £15mill... I've locked him so I'm not worried, but it's a bit unrealistic
Ok. So I holidayed the game to about 2028 and it came up with some interesting things.
First off, the Yellow Card thing doesn't seem to affect it so much, the league is changing every year but there is one team that seems to win it a lot so the Yellow cards aren't affecting them negatively so..
Secondly the rep of the league has completely changed and the league is now 8th in Europe and there are some amazing players playing for some clubs and a lot of money is being thrown about.
Thirdly, the San Marino NT have really done well as the Youth Academies are spurning out some great youngsters. They even qualified for the World Cup in 2028. Their best player plays for Valencia and costs £6m but most of the others play for the Campionato Super League teams.

quiet on here yesterday and today
oh yes forgot
Ill be back don't worry! Sounds good TWFL! Despite that though, dominating teams will be a bit different due to everyone signing their own players as well.
So whats going on with this challenge?
people need to pay attention
Loving the heat between chairmen already!
Just focus on beating Anzi.....cos its gunna be hard![]()
Everyone please adjust their focus to letting Fulham win a few games, thank you.
Hope you had a good holiday TM, wait till all the alcohol has left your system before resuming!
Don't want to ruin a save game when drunk, I've done it before!![]()
I've had a brilliant holiday thanksLast night tonight for drinking as there is a party haha! Then it's back to training on monday.
Ok, drinking is over now, back to the sign-up! Should have an update soon enough.
Lets do this! Looking forward to the next update.
Good news that you're back - here's hoping it'll bring a Napoli revival!
Chairman Super League Season 1 (November Update)
Breaking News: Chairman Super League Returns!
This is the moment we have been waiting for and finally we are back! It is true that nearly every team in the league has moved positions, some for the better and some for the worst, but it is still early days and there is a chance for improvement on it's way soon with the January window! Lets move straight on to the important bits, starting with the league information!
Campinato Super League Table
It has been a brilliant season for Malaga, PSV and Rangers so far this season, with PSV able to take first place with their game in hand, whilst Rangers also have that possibility, but Malaga will be very happy with their form so far this season. In mid-table we have Napoli who are still struggling which is the biggest suprise so far this season, with Anji just above them. Having said this, both teams are only 6 points behind 4th placed Celtic! At the bottom, Fulham have pulled away from last place with a brilliant victory over Anji this month, with River taking up last place. The up and coming January Transfer Window could prove to be a major point in the season and everyone will be looking to make changes, whether to improve on their dominance or to improve the failing squad.
CSL Team Stats
Rangers are the current team inform and have looked very strong all season, they will be a tough team to crack and I predict they will finish in the top 4 with ease. Despite Aston Villa's residing in mid-table they are a team with an amazing attack force, scoring a massive 29 goals so far this season. Malaga understandably have the best defensive record, only conceding 11 goals, compared to 2nd placed PSV who have conceded 14.
CSL Player Stats
Edinson Cavani has been amazing this season, leading the goalscoring with 9 goals and the best average rating with a 7.74! Marc Albrighton has been the creative force of the league with his club partner Stiliyan Petrov in 3rd place, which explains Aston Villa's ability to score goals.
Game Of The Month
Rangers put on a real show against high flying Newcastle United with this 4 - 1 victory! Both sides had many shots at goal and both ended with 6 on target a piece, but it was down to the possession football on display and the leathel finishing from Rangers that put the game beyond doubt.
Manager Of The Week
Goalkeeper Of The Week
Defender Of The Week
Midfielder Of The Week
Striker Of The Week
Golden Boy
Coppa Titano
The Coppa Titano has thrown in a few suprises so far, but Malaga and Rangers are still in the competition and pose the biggest threat, here is the Second Round results and the Quarter Final draw.
The Game File
Here is the up to date game file for you to look atMake sure I've sorted everything in your teams that we previously spoke about.
WOOHOOOO, welcome back TM
Not bad from my Universidad De Chile Side they can actually score goalsi wont mind where we finish as long as its not bottom
![]()
From what i see, im in desperate need of some help in the back as im giving up way too many goals.
villa's players have been very good, so a mid table position disappoints me
Have a feeling im gunna win the cup and finish in the top 6!
Need someone to partner eto'o i think. Roll on January
Lots of things to cheers about for my Málaga side, top of the league, least goals conceeded thanks to the great performances of summer signing mandanda and defender mathijsen, hazard finally back from injury, filling our 60,000 seater stadium every game. Things are looking good![]()
Fulham need to improve fast...
Also, how the hell did Al-Sadd get Seydou Doumbia to agree to the wage of £325 p/w !
Doumbia got sold in the window so I had to sort it out, I obviously missed his contract, ill sort that out when I get home. I think fulham are starting to improve, especially after that brilliant victory they had. I wouldn't count your chickens too fast glennuk!
