Can anyone point me to the post confirming Breno, not 18rabbit.
Fulham transfers
Out:
Brede Hangeland and Clint Dempsey go to HSV in a combined deal worth £16m
Mark Schwarzer goes to Leeds for £2m
In:
Brede Hangeland's replacement, Benedikt Howedes is to arive from Schalke, the fee is thought to be around £15.5m
We are also waiting to confirm one sale as well as the purchase of a replacement goalkeeper. Both from within the league as Howedes is our 3rd foreign transfer, adding to Welbeck and Suarez from the start of the window.
Napoli continue to strengthen
With fan forums spewing bile and hatred after last season's abysmal performances, Gianpaolo Della Torre today admitted that his transfer policy had been flawed. Standing alongside manager Pep Guardiola, the mad chairman introduced the new signings that he has enforced upon his manager.
First of all, joining from Tottingham... sorry, Tottenham, English right-back Kyle Walker. Sky Sports believes that Walker has signed for a fee of around £14m, on wages of just £16k. To shore up the other side of the defence, Porto's Brazilian left back Alex Sandro, who signs for a reported fee of £9.5m on £26k wages. Finally, to fill the goalkeeping void left by Morgan De Sanctis' frequent injuries, Arsenal starlet Wojciech Sczezsny arrives for £11m, on a wage of £46k. Finally, the club have also retained Jack Wilshere on a season-long loan.
With that in mind, blocked transfers are:
Cavani, Hamsik, Douglas Costa, Inler, Walker, Alex Sandro, Sczezsny and Zouma
If players are automatically blocked in first season, then add Fierro, Nolli and Danté
----
Bids will be considered for the following players:
Lavezzi
Eduardo Vargas
Miloy
Khizsnichenko
De Sanctis/Rosati
Anyone else who is rubbish

so hang on we can actually sign anybody any superstar we want so what was the point of starting with low rep teams again
i only thought we could buy player depending on our rep
Haven't you noticed each window people have bought players that would never even think of going to that team? The point was to make it interesting and to create a league much like the Premier League. That would be impossible with 22 of the best teams in the world. Also, we don't want to be able to win the Champions League just like that. Basically just a show of progression.
HSV Chairman announce more new signings
HSV chairman Nathan Walker is said to be delighted to have finally signed long term defensive target Brede Hangeland, he has come out as saying that him and the Fulham Chairman had been in talks about Hangeland since the two clubs moved over to San Marino. Walker also announced yet another midfield signing in Clint Dempsey also from Fulham.
The two between them cost £16m with £10m of that being on Hangeland.
"The Hangeland deal was one we were hoping to do last summer but obviously that didnt happen back then, we also tried to sign him in January but again that didnt happen, and although the transfer fee was slightly more that we had hoped for at £10m he is still a good buy and will team up with Collocini well. We are delighted to have finally got then deal done."

If you take the 22 best teams in Europe, you left with the rest. In the first season, one of those 22 will win it without a doubt, after that it will be that same team again almost certainly, because it would take all the other teams several seasons to even get close to the ability of our champions league team. Same for the Europa League.
Doing it the way we have, we had plenty of teams in Europe last season and the best we got was a Quarter Finalist in the Europa League. Thats what I call a challenge![]()
We'd have to use the current top 22 teams, because the way I set this up was to be fair for everyone. If you used that list above then someone would have to be Boca Juniors because they were the 22nd person to sign up, whilst someone else is Barcelona or Real Madrid... Who win out of Boca Juniors and Barcelona?
Also, the demand for a Chairman game was "something different", I think i've done a good job in making "something different"![]()
depends who you buy sign 2 top players and a couple of others ho other teams are selling and you would have a game on your hands. Chelsea beat Barca and they are the 6th best English team ,but i know what you are saying i just got confused with the whole transfer thing i had it in my head it was going by reputation.
anyways i am stopping you from doing transfers so chop chop![]()
![]()
Chelsea would still be in the top 22 either wayAnyway, just another point to put forward...
Manchester City became rich through a Billionaire Owner, they were considered to be an average team at best in the Premier League, but the owner decided to throw the cash at players and he managed to buy himself some top players, despite their reputation. He managed to buy Robinho for example.
Thats basically what Ri916 has done, except his club isn't wealthy, but it's a Leeds United traditionHe's thrown the money at Lionel Messi and Barcelona can't turn down £91mil and Messi is a money grabber and accepted the £335k a week to become to most paid player in the world!
We all know most footballers are money grabbers!
Cleared inbox, sorry guys been out all day

Anji - Transfers
More action from the League runners up as they announce that youngster Drexler has been let go on loan for a fee of £1.5million and Universidad de Chile will be paying his wages for the season.
Also with the recent signings of Asenjo and Adler, Muslera has become surplus to requirements. He has been sent to Fulham in exchange for Bryan Ruiz and £2million.
That is all for now, but with an answering phone full of messages more news from the Russian club is imminent.

The great Russian club has made another coup, bringing in Lavezzi from Napoli for 18.5million.
The creative winger/striker has stated that playing in Europe was certainly a big factor in his decision to move.
In a hastily scrawled note, Eighteen Rabbit has notified the press that River will be taking Nicklas Bendtner on loan from Arsenal for the season.

certainly not as much of an exciting deadline day. Do we think this is down to lots of inactive people, or is it cos I bought messi and everyone's saving up to steal him off me when I go down. Also think that their needs to be a 'leeds financial crisis' section to updates from now on TM

Anji - Transfers
After being conned by a rather crafty agent TWICE into thinking they had signed Breno and Johan Martial, Anji were at first dissapointed mad and frustrated.
However once they saw Ezequiel Munozfor an undisclosed price they decided they didn't really mind missing out on the Brazilian or the frenchman

Quiet deadline day but I am hapy to have got mybusiness done early. See what Olaf Thon buys for me now!
Very quiet, no 11th hour impulse moves
Reached Post 645 at the moment.
Quite happy to give McClaren a big budget and see what he can do. If it goes horrendously I'll revert to me doing the dealings.
Definitely the quietest end to a transfer window that we've had. This year Málaga will not let it slip!!!.....otherwise the manager is under pressure!!
We have still had a lot of activity despite a quiet end to the window. Around 150 posts.
Fulham Transfer Summary
In:
Benedikt Howedes is to arive from Schalke, the fee is thought to be around £15.5m and he is tipped to be long term replacement to Brede Hangeland and partner to Dede.
Luis Suarez came in from Liverpool for a whopping £28.125m, hopefully he can lead the line and help to solve our problems in front of goal.
To hopefully compliment Suarez we have also bought Danny Welbeck, joining for £5.75m with £40k p/w wages from Manchester United.
Néstor Fernando Muslera joins from Anzhi, to take the no.1 jersey from leaving veterean Mark Schwarzer. He joined in a part exchange deal detailed below.
Nicolas Salvador also comes in from Real Madrid, a real prospect for the future and one to watch, if all goes well he may well be the next John Arne Riise!
Total spend: Around £53m.
Out:
Brede Hangeland and Clint Dempsey go to HSV in a combined deal worth £16m
Mark Schwarzer goes to Leeds for £2m
Bryan Ruiz has gone to Anzhi with £2m in cash in exchange for goalkeeper Néstor Fernando Muslera
Total cash recieved: £18m
Fulham have spent big, but hopefully the seeds have been sown for a fruitful harvest in the future.
Budgets:
I'll be honest, I have no idea what my wage bill will look like. If it's ok I'll decide when I see the next save game, sorry TM!

Final Napoli business
A last few, deadline-beater deals saw Napoli bring in three young prospects in Colum Collins and Craig Healy (both frees from Southampton), as well as Unsal from Leverkusen for £1.6m. Finally, we rounded off the window by bringing Jérémy Ménez in on loan from Roma. The remainder of the budget (some £15m) will be left to Pep Guardiola to find the next Messi. No pressure.
Fairly certain that even without Messi signing for Leeds this is by far bigger than the last 2 transfer windows![]()
Should hopefully have the transfers done tonight and possibly an update or at least a save file.
sorry to anyone that messaged me regarding transfers I had a basketball game last night and was out after so this is the first i've been on so couldn't reply.
Having some slow progress with the update, but will sort it as soon as I can![]()
Statement from Málaga Chairman
After a mix up with paperwork, the transfer of Lucas Vega has had to be cancelled. However the club was lucky enough to manage to bring in youngstern Zoran Avramovic from Partizan at the last minute instead. The club is very happy that Zoran will be joining us, and look forward to seeing him progress with the team.
I have a bit of spare time on my hands tonight, so I will definately have an update up!![]()

I apologise again for the slow progress, I had a mad weekend! I managed to get a significant amount done last night, although I didn't manage to do it all. I will post in Code below exactly what I have left to do. Season 2012 - 2013 Start Of Season Update
San Marino Finances: Estimated Value
Leeds United are the most expensive club in the league, probably due to their recent purchase of superstar Lionel Messi.
Campionato Super League
League Table
Olympiakos have had the best start this season in the Campionato Super League, picking up 17 points in 8 games! The main reason behind their form is their amazing goalscoring with 21 goals. Suprisingly, Bologna are 2nd place with 16 points, the team who finished last season in 21st place! It just goes to show you don't need to buy Lionel Messi to do well... Speaking of Lionel Messi, Leeds United are down in 16th place despite the Argentine's amazing performances this season. The one man show isn't enough and proves that a team is better than a player. Last season's strugglers Gladbach are currently in 22nd place with just 3 points in 7 games, but have a game in hand over 21st placed Universidad.
League Team Stats
In Form: Olympiakos are the team in form so far with 2 draws and 3 victories in their last 5 games. As previously noted, their goalscoring ability is the reason behind their amazing performances.
Goals For: Olympiakos are also the team with the best striking force so far, scoring a massive 21 goals compared to Bologna's 16 and Anji's 14. Can they keep this up?
Conceded: Al-Sadd are by far the best team defensively with just 4 conceded so far. The next best is Bolton and PSV who have both conceded 7, although Al-Sadd have only played 6 games so far.
League Player Stats
Average Rating: Lionel Messi, the £91,000,000 man has pipped his fellow rivals to be named the best player so far in the Campionato Super League with an average of 7.97! He will need to keep this form up if Leeds United are to get out of their current slump.
Goals: Kolbeinn Sigporsson is the current top goalscorer with 7 goals and is a familiar name from last years race to win the Golden Boot.
Assists: Thiago, Marvin Martin and Marti Riverola are all at the top of the list so far for the assist award and all play for seperate teams. It's early days and only time will tell who is the best creative player.
Manager Of The Week

Coppa Titano
Coppa Titano Second Round Draw
These are the teams that have made it to the Second Round and we have already had some top teams go out of the competition in the First Round! We have lost Colo Colo, Leeds United, Celtic, Rangers, Malaga and Newcastle United. As we saw last season, any teams can reach the final and with so many big teams out of the competition already, you can bet we will have some unpredictable teams in the final.
Trofeo Federale
Trofeo Federale Final
This was an unbelievable final for Al-Sadd, losing 2 men to red cards within 57 minutes! Despite being down to 9 men, PSV just couldn't do anything and were extremely poor in front of goal. Lucky for Al-Sadd they had Seydou Doumbia in exceptional form, scoring a hatrick to down the Sammarinese Champions with ease. Al-Sadd walk out with the £5,000,000 in their pockets, whilst disgraced PSV only walk away with £1,000,000 for participating.
Champions League Group Stage
Group G - PSV
PSV were able to ease their way through qualification to reach the Group Stages, the promise land when it comes to financial income! They have arguably a very difficult group, coming up against Feyenoord, FC Porto and Werder Bremen! So far they have failed in their match against Feyenoord, losing 4 -1 and will play Werder Bremen in their next match.
Europa League Group Stage
Group H - Al-Sadd
This year saw Anji and Al-Sadd enter the qualification stages and Al-Sadd were the only team to make it to the Group Stages. They have to go up against Fenerbahce, Fiorentina and Lokomotiv Moscow! A very difficult group when you look at several others and Al-Sadd have already failed in their first match of the Group Stage, losing 2 - 1 to Lokomotiv Moscow.

YES Fulham!
edit: Schwarzer was keeper of the week for game 2, he should have been sold to Leeds?
nice to see Dedé was defender of the week at one point and Suarez picked up the same for being a striker too![]()

Jeez 21 goals already, i was not expecting this. Interesting to see that goals are probably coming from different players and not just one or two.
Just to clarify, this was a very messy transfer window and I apologise for that. This is mainly aimed towards JPR's comment.
I must say though, for the final product (the save), you will probably agree i've done a much better job in keeping players at the clubs their meant to be at, with very few errors to correct.
8th in league and through to 2nd round of cup not a bad start. Conceding a lot less which is good but not scoring many so difficult to beat up to now.
awwww man, sitting in 14th whats going on! Unbeaten though (silver lining) although lost to Feyanoord. Hope u manage to upload the save, could do with a look
we can only improve now and believe we will still win the league. Only 7 points off top.
Not a good start but started the same last year slowly but got better as the season progressed
Oh well. I guess things can only get better.
ditto many others - Napoli continue to underwhelm...
Great start for Ajax
Well, at least our league position is higher than our standings in overall value.![]()
Ours too. 21st in value 8th in league
Pellegrini under pressure already.
Just wanna say a big thanks to TM for this great game, so hooked on it.
I couldn't upload the save yesterday due to internet connection problems, but ill try again today, fingers crossed.
Game File Upload
Game Save - Please make sure you check through all your teams to spot any mistakes i've made. This will be added to the recent update.
Why is Lamela at River he plays for Roma in real life that where i loaned him from TM
TM, the youth player Salvador I signed from Real Madrid is on £135k a week. He was on £60 a week before, glad I've noticed that one!
Also, for Leeds, Demba Ba is apparently unavailable, 2 teams in one year or something.
Just in case Ri doesn't notice![]()
