Some Questions About Staff

First off I was wondering what criteria people look for when employing international staff. How many coaches? What attributes? What nationality etc

Secondly I was wondering if you employ coaches at either club of international level for coaching other teams such as reserves or u18. If so what do you look for then?

My question is whether having good/bad coaches at international level affects things in anyway? Right now I assume in terms of coaching it doesn't because there's no training at that level.
