When a player gets a straight Red Card in the English Premiership, why do they not get a THREE match ban like they do in real life?
The length of suspension IRL depends on what the sending-off was for. Unfortunately we don't currently store the reason for a sending-off in game so it's not possible to determine the correct length of ban. I'll put a request in to add support for this at some stage.
I guess the first red card in the season will be a one game ban, second followed by a two game ban, third by a three game ban and so on!
