White dots next to opposition players

Hi guys,

Does anyone know what the white dots next to the opposition players mean:

They are indicators that the player with the dot has opposition instructions set on them.

The image is too small to read but if you mean the asterixes before player names it means they have an opposition instruction set.

They have an instruction set on them already, perhaps you have Team Policy set to make your Assistant Manager assign them?

Click on each player and check the top right section to see what instructions are set.
