Someone please please explain why this happens

Im playing as MK Dons sitting 2nd in the league and doing pretty well but why in god's name is that every time the computer teams have a shot on target it ends up in the net, it has happened to me on multiple saves with multiple teams. Ive just lost 2 on the bounce (not bothered about that, it happens) but ive had 10 shots on target against me over 2 games and 7 have been goals.
Most of the games i have won 2-1/3-1 and most of the time the opposition has had one shot on target and its been a goal.

Im guessing that something about my defensive set up is allowing the opposition very good chances, i just cannot figure out why
