Team meetings slow

I havent experienced this before but in my current save the team meetings feature is really slow. When I press it from the menu it takes about 10 seconds to come up and then every time I press a response it takes 10 seconds to come up before taking another 10 seconds to give me another option. They have become so tedious and slow that I rarely do them and if i do I just quickly say something and then end the meeting. I just posted this incase anyone else has it or there is a quick fix for it. I dont want to start a new save as I am 5 seasons in and it isnt exactly a game breaker, just mildly annoying

sorry, should have searched, but since I thought I was probably in the minority I didnt think that someone would have already raised a thread. Unfortunately there doesnt seem to be a fix

No fix & I believe it will affect everybody, it's just that I have a feeling many people do not go anywhere near team meetings for fear of an illogical form destroying reaction from their players.
