Game crashed with facbook screen

My game has crashed with the facebook screen covering the main screen. I can still press continue at the very bottom of the screen but it won't go away. If i come out of the game to try and re-start as i havent saved my game it just opens on the game i have started with the new team please help

It's ok just re-booted my phone now it's gone
