Can someone tell me why the profiles of the chairman, directors and such are not viewable?

This is not about scouts, coachs, ass. man etc :-)

Probably because all of their stats are meant to be hidden, so there would be nothing to see.

Knowing their age would be useful. The older they get the more likely will sell the club (as a general rule of thumb).
