when i scout a player and i get the report in the inbox when i go to view report it says i have to scout the player? but i already have? tryed twice still the same why is this?

This was a known issue with the 12.2. update but has been resolved in the 12.2.1 hotfix

As FrazT mentioned this issue should have been resoved with the 12.2.1 hotfix. Have you updated to 12.2.1?
