Can I play FM 2012 without being connected to the Internet? Please for the life of me say I can! Bored at work! Just have me laptop with me!

As long as you had your Steam account set to auto login then you should be able to.

yes, make sure you not plugged the lan cable or connect to non-internet wifi.

What you need to do is set Steam to offline mode.
You need to be online to do this, but once you've done it, you can play offline.
