Yes, it's not out out yet. It's released today and in the thread it says, released in a couple of hours. It also says some people may have seen that their game is updating already when the thread was created. So basically be paitent as it depends on Steam now and your location.

The lack of patience from some people is laughable. Get a grip, they don't have to do updates, so just be thankful that they do.

I think I was the first or second person to ask why I couldn't download it. It wasn't out of impatience. It was more out of overexcitement. I'll admit to that.

i have incoming, woot!
to get mine going i logged out of steam, then back in, then started the game, this in turn started the update, the game starting waits until the update is done

You'll need to restart FM to get the changes and start a new save to get the DB changes.
Changing region might pick it up quicker.
The Editor is a separate application and was updated yesterday.

A little tip if yours hasn't started downloading, click Play Game and it should force the download to start, just worked for me anyway
