How to change playable league to view-only?

Hi guys, really sorry if im in wrong section of the forum, but im newb here, my problems is that i loaded all of the leagues to view-only except this that i play in , and one more that i dont want to play in, so as example i play in bulgarian league and i have swiss league too, but i want to make swiss league to view-only because its make my game slower. I looked in forums tryed to change by myself but it only disappears so could you please help me with this ?

I don't have a clue why you decided to post this in the challenges forum, but as far as I know, it can't be done, only the addition and removal of leagues.
