voe2012 Posted February 19, 2012 Share Posted February 19, 2012 I've taken control of a club and decidedto get rid om some old staff through mutual termination of their contracts as I need to cut down on wages . However, the payroll stays the same. Does the lump sum money the staff get when leaving come from the payroll budget then? Or should I wait for some time for the budget to get adjusted?
