    Apart from the obvious (Man Utd, Barcelona, Arsenal) which average team has the best youth team at the start of the game preferrably a team that play in the UK

    Wales Gareth Bale
    Republic of Ireland Leon Best
    England Wayne Bridge
    Wales Arron Davies
    Australia Scott McDonald
    Finland Tim Sparv
    Trinidad and Tobago Jake Thomson
    England Theo Walcott

    Aston Villa Bannan,Delfouneso,Agbonlahor,Weimann just to name a couple of players
    Aberdeen brought through some decent youth players
    Watford have a decent set up

    Yeah Southampton have a really good acadamy, i think Nathan Dyer came through there aswell.

    Yeah. James ward prouse is 16 atm, called the next scholes. Luke shaw, arsenal are scouting him. Jake sinclair is a good young forward. Just to name few. these are player on fm12 that havent made it yet.

    Crystal Palace have a good academy usually producing a couple of young english talents every year (zaha, clyne, moses - now at wigan etc)

    Southampton have one of the best academies to start with outside the top teams on FM. Crystal Palace have some decent youngsters but I think they're facilities are average.

    Wouldnt Spurs be up there for good youth players dont they, Im suprised nobody has mentioned West Ham or Middlesborough yet.

    The big clubs from Argentina and Uruguay do well, both in real life and more importantly in the game.
