No transfer budget in 2nd window?

Strange thing. I started a Southampton game (standard database) and I had not transfermoney available in the january window.
In the settings I did not click allow first window transfer budget. But than I should get some budget in the 2nd window (January) right? Is this a bug or am I missing a point?

You don't always get extra to spend in January.

You shouldn't get any money in the January transfer window. If you didn't tick it, then you had no money in the summer, so you won't have any now in January. Sometimes if you are over achiveing your board may ask you to reselect your board expectations.

Ok, thanks. I tought that no budget in summer meant that my budget was available in January. Ok, thanks for the heads up.
