Question Should I Tutor My Youngster?

He is a model professional. I have a similar senior player who is also a model professional with 18 Determination. Should I have him tutor this player?

If they are both model pros tutoring wouldn't do any harm.

He would benefit from an increase in determination and from any PPMs the tutor had (Both good and bad).

Yes, if the proposed tutor has good media handling, or at least better than this lad.

The player I want to tutor him is 22 and it won't let me link the two players. I'm assuming this is either because of the senior player's age or the fact he's only been at the club for a year. Can anybody confirm why the two cannot be linked?

Senior tutoring player must be at least 24 years old, or failing that - club captain.

Need to be at least 24 or the captain of the team to be able to tutor others

Thanks for that! I'll wait a couple of years then. Do you think it would be worthwhile teaching him a few PPM's. Does this take some quality out of his training?

It takes 20% of the normal training to teach a PPM, if you have top coaches and top facilities it shouldn't make a lot of difference on the long run.

Also, tutors need to have a higher squad status than Tutee's.
