Rude Staff

I have been trying to develop my players with PPM and the staff sometimes don't give me any options (Finishing;Movement;Defending etc) and then some of them don't respond when I ask them to carry out PPM training? They're just bloody rude!

Have I overworked them so they can't take on any more work?

What are your facilities like? If your training facilities are below par, some of the training options won't be available.

They were all excellent until being downgraded. I really can't put my finger on it. Sometimes there is no response (all the options are greyed out) and sometimes they just don't come back with an answer (I'll get him started right away or I don't think he's capable of that). Bloody annoying. Just moved clubs now and have a lot more staff so might not have the problem again.
