Well we got off to a winning start to the month seal passage to the quarter finals in the Coupe de France, and also the league win which saw us pass the 40 point mark to seal safety in my opinion and also pushed us back into the European chase as we jumped back up the table, I'm hoping the rest of the month is as successful. I'm hoping the fact the on the three league games are sides close to the bottom, to get me into the European picture as now I've hit 40 points my aim is the Europa league. but i say that, it's going to be mid-table for me if i lose games against the likes of st etienne

Again we started the month with a win in the coupe de France as this time we progressed to the Semi finals of the Equivalent of the French FA Cup, im quite confident with the Semi against Lyon next month as we seem to do well against them. In Ligue 1 we did ok, a easy win over Toulouse but a goalless draw with Stade Rennais just shows how we seem incapable of putting the poor sides to the sword, We did managed to thrash Valenciennes in the final game of the month and we moved into 3rd in Ligue 1 which is just amazing!, for we have mathematically guaranteed safety with 9 games to go we can concentrate on getting into the Europa League.

What an end to the season! considering in the clubs entire Ligue 1 history it consists of 2 season, winning a total of four games drawing 18 and scoring a pitiful 47 goals picking up a pathetic 30 points in total in one season we have smashed all that history away, playing a wide attacking football we caught the Ligue 1 sides off guard as my wingers caused all sorts of havoc all season with the goals fairly spread out, we were a good side to watch always attacking, as for this month's games losing to league champions OM is no slight on the side the only disappointment this month is the draw with Ajaccio but history has happened!

Only a couple of pre-season games for me this summer as the small squad and the pending champions league campaign need to keep the squad fresh, and it ill be a tough season but i think t may be my last at Arles as the backing isn't there for a full scale push at the title so ill be aiming to move to a more established side next season but for this ill be going all out for another europa league spot and a decent run in europe.

well the free signing was great what i didnt expect was the chairman to sign the player on Ł195k a week meaning four players matched him leaving me with a massive wage bill so ive sold my top scorer for Ł500k and two other of my main players needing to be shipped out, so far this summer ive concentrated on trying to trim my sqad but still have a managable team for the league and Champions league, ive only managed to sign 1 player due to my wage constraints, so i think we may have some issues this year.

Well not the best of starts for us this season 9th after 3 games is ok I suppose but im very disappointed that we have fallen in the champions league in our first attempt, the money has come in handy but I wanted to make the groups at least, what annoys me more is that Dick has got himself injured for 6 weeks so at his wage its going to cost me Ł1.1M while I wait for him to get fully fit again we have an easier month next month I suppose with only one game I expect to lose in as we Face Lyon but the remaining 4 games are all matches I fully expect to win.

Well I’m not sure what to make of that month, a couple of league wins propelled us up the league and into 5th, a win and a defeat in the Europa league, I’m fed up of having goals chalked off, or my defence just deciding not to turn up, it’s frustrating, I really want to leave as my players are getting tired and it’s only the second month of the season!

To be honest all the hard work against Sparta were undone with the defeat to PSV, we just weren’t at the races at the Philips stadion, which leaves PSV in the driver’s seat. But it’s doable but we need to show consistency to get the clubs first eredivisie in 9 years, It was nice to see Olsson notch on his debut I signed him for goals as he has scored for fun in Sweden gaining the top scorer award two seasons running I think his pace will be dangerous for us.

    Well

A great month for us not only did we make up for the fact we got well and truly beaten by PSV last month by winning 100% of our league games in February, we have also managed to edge ourselves through in the Europa league, I feel with us taking on Deportivo in the next round we do have a strong chance of progressing to the Quarter finals a major plus point is the clinical ness in front of goal of Olsson he is averaging a goal every other game and im happy with that as he settles into the league. We sit a point ahead and im over the moon as the last run of games is definitely winable

Well two draws is disappointing but we have managed to hang onto the top spot, we have a good chance, also a great Europa league Quarter Final, first leg as it puts us in complete control and likely to grab the Semi final spot, into the last five league games and we cling onto top spot, it’s a two horse race between us and PSV.

    Table after 29 games

    1st Ajax 69 Points
    2nd PSV 69 Points
    3rd Feynoord 57 Points

Well im very chuffed with the way the season has ended, a league title the first in ten years for Ajax, it just took a couple of signings and some tactical know how J, we managed to edge a very tight league fight, over a VERY strong PSV side, and then I did a rangers and nick the Europa league, with single goal wins, and back to the walls defending especially in the final Arsenal in all fairness should have taken us apart, but we still managed to hold out and ive claimed I think my first Europa league trophy.

Not sure what ill do next season ill enjoy Ajax or another year or so unless something interesting comes up.

I Am NOT happy losing the first leg to PSV, we were 2-0 up at half time but then lost our heads, we had lots needed to sort it out!, again we were in control, in the second leg but drew 3-3 and I’m not happy, I think I’m forced into the Europa so at least I get another crack of reclaiming that trophy, but I’m not happy at how poor we played. The league campaign got under way, and we managed to get a solid win Büyüksehir didn’t stand a chance, we dominated from start to finish and these are a side expected to finish in 10th. All the sides I’ve faced in Turkey seem to play 4-1-2-2-1 with DMC and AMR/L and the 4-4-2 seems to have torn apart the first two sides I’ve taken on with this. So overall I’m ok with it, still fuming from the performance in the Champions league, but happy with the start I’ve had in the League

Just stay in the Top 4 is the main aim, the play-offs are the most important part of the season.

You're unaware of the play-off system in Turkey? Once the season ends, the top 4 go into a play-off where all points are halved and each team plays each other twice, most important 6 games of the season.

The C spot at the top stands for champions. The team in 4th must face the winners of the play-offs from 5th to 8th for the last Europa League spot.

Galatasaray SK recorded a somewhat fortuitous win over Fenerbahçe SK on a fine autumn evening at Ali Sami Yen Spor Kompleksi Türk Telekom Arena.

Well agains e showed our inability in Europe as a draw with the other team sat on 0 Points was disappointing I think that pretty much ends or European run, in the league we were going well till we fell to Antalyaspor it was frustrating as we had loads of chances but just couldn’t seem to put them away, oh well top four we need to keep within touching distance of the top because of the slightly mental rules at the end of the season. Im hoping to get close to give me every chance of making this title play-off.

Wow what a month, only 2 games conceded, The two wins in Europe were a highlight and it gives us a very small chance of somehow making the knockout rounds of the Europa league, I need to be St-Etienne in the last game by more than one clear goal, to qualify second on goal difference, in the league we had some consistency and we even managed to somehow beat Surprise package Altay, comfortably pushing us 5 points clear of the top, My goals should be coming from a player or two we are quite spread out with no single highest goal scorer.

Two wins this month is ok as its only a short month, would have preferred to win all three of my league games this month, on reflection I feel the draw was probably fair, as we just weren’t completely at the races that game I think I may have rested too many players for the Europa league only for us to get absolutely smashed by St Etienne and end the slim chance of qualification we had, oh well next season ill do better in europe, and I concentrate on the domestic competitions, The League mainly, if I bomb again in europe next season I May not still be here the following year.

An unbeaten league month, disappointing that we managed to get knocked out of the cup, id have preferred to do better in our cup but it wasn’t to be, unbeaten in the league and it’s all we have left this year so we have to throw it all at that, Next month is going to be a fun one as we play Fenerbache and Beskitas, as we look to get 3-6 points from them, we should have a good enough lead to get us the top to build us the biggest lead possible going into the championship group.

With time rapidly running out however, striker Agustín Olguín then scored a real poacher's effort to equalise for Galatasaray SK. Better late than never for Galatasaray SK and the fans were clearly delighted with Olguín's impact.

Galatasaray are currently on a thirteen match unbeaten run and the title contenders lie in 1st place in the Turkish Premier Division.

Man of the Match: Mario Papi (Göztepe)
    Attendance: 13,122

Galatasaray SK 4 - 0 Trabzonspor (Premier Division)

In what had been billed as a close encounter, Trabzonspor were trounced 4 - 0 by Galatasaray SK at Ali Sami Yen Spor Kompleksi Türk Telekom Arena. A brace from Kim Ki-Chun helped Galatasaray to victory.

Experienced striker Murat Altay got Galatasaray SK off to a flyer by scoring a well struck effort on 6 minutes. Veteran midfielder Kerim Frei doubled Galatasaray SK's lead with a placed shot on 21 minutes.

An error from Trabzonspor's Lamine Sidibé allowed midfielder Kim Ki-Chun to score an incisive finish. There were no prizes for guessing who completed the rout on 74 minutes as that man Kim Ki-Chun popped up again with a close range finish which was timed impeccably.

Galatasaray are currently on a fourteen match unbeaten run and the title contenders lie in 1st place in the Turkish Premier Division.

Man of the Match: Kim Ki-Chun (Galatasaray)

Galatasaray SK 3 - 0 Medical Park Antalyaspor (Premier Division)

An efficient performance by Galatasaray SK's players saw them confidently overcome a lacklustre Medical Park Antalyaspor 3 - 0 at Ali Sami Yen Spor Kompleksi Türk Telekom Arena.

Powerful striker Anil Özeren got Galatasaray SK off to a flyer by scoring a deftly executed finish after just one minute. Winger Jonathan Paccor doubled Galatasaray SK's lead with a placed shot from close range on 30 minutes.

The last goal of the game came from full-back Burhan Idil whose 64th minute own-goal will undoubtedly cause him some embarrassment.

Man of the Match: Jacques Coréa (Galatasaray)
    Attendance: 50,104

Fenerbahçe SK 0 - 2 Galatasaray SK (Premier Division)

Experts are still wondering quite how Galatasaray SK ended up 2 - 0 victors over Fenerbahçe SK after a game in which their opponents almost totally dominated.

    Attendance: 52,695

    League after 26 Games

    1st Galatasaray 66 Points
    2nd Fenerbahce 58 Points
    3rd Bursaspor 50 Points
    4th Beskitas 46 Points

Well after opening the month with a disappointing draw we managed to turn it all around and get three very important victories, and its left me needing only 3 more wins to seal my top four spot and a crack at the Championship Group and a chance of winning Galatasaray’s first league title for six years, finishing 2nd and 3rd for the past six years its our time to win it! Seven of the last eight league games are all against sides in the bottom half with one against 3rd placed Bursaspor, which will be tough but if I can beat Fenerbache and Beskitas in back to back games I must be able to do something with Bursaspor, im planning a big clear out over the summer with the aim of bringing in half a dozen good young Turkish players and a couple of quality foreigners.

So the league section of the competition was a breeze, we won that part comfortably and thankfully take a big big lead into the Championship group, as you can see from the final table its got to suck for Fenerbahce as they scored over 100 goals in the league but still finished 2nd, but it’s the championship group which decided the destination of the title, I really have no idea what happened in the last league game of the season, we dominated them, we should have won that but to concede 6 and lose 6-3 was frustrating and not the best way to progress into the championship group

Well that’s the end of the season in Turkey, I seem to have a knack of walking into teams underperforming and putting them right, Galatasaray never won the league for 6 seasons and I grab it in my first season it was hard going after the first few months but we managed it and im happy it happened. Now next season I want a better run in Europe.

    Linfield

    Facilities:

    Capacity: 24374 (15602 Seated)
    Built: 2005

Plenty of room for improvement in the squad I just need to be successful and I can possibly see a new stadium being built.

    History:
Founded in March 1886 in Sandy Row in south Belfast by workers at the Ulster Spinning Company's Linfield Mill the team was originally known as the Linfield Athletic Club and played on ground at the back of the mill known as the Meadow.
Linfield moved to Ulsterville Avenue in 1889. After the purchase of a piece of land known as the 'bog meadows' just off lower Windsor Avenue in 1904, the club settled in what has become the permanent home of Linfield FC., Windsor Park, a ground that has hosted international matches since its opening. The first game at Windsor was played against Glentoran, the other half of Belfast's "Big Two," on September 2, 1905 – though Belfast Celtic were the club's main rivals at the time.
Roy Coyle who managed Linfield from 1975 to 1990 has been their most successful manager to date having won 31 trophies during his time at Windsor Park. He is closely followed by current Linfield manager David Jeffrey who has won 30 trophies since his appointment in 1997.
Linfield's former captain Noel Bailie achieved his 1000th appearance for the club when they played Crusaders F.C. in a drawn match. Shortly afterwards, on 27 April 2010, Linfield took their 49th league title after a 1–0 win against Cliftonville at Windsor Park in the Carling Premiership. Since Noel Bailie's retirement from football in May 2011 at the age of 40, Linfield have since retired the number 11 shirt. Linfield secured their 50th league title on 26 April 2011 following a 4–0 win against Lisburn Distillery. Their trophy haul makes Linfield the most successful team in Irish football.
Since these years, Linfield have only managed to win the league title a further 8 times, with cliftonville dominating the other years, Linfield have been very behind their manager refusing to sack their boss despite not lifting the title. For players they have always turned to the aging English players to make their key squad members, Their current striker is 35 year old Harry Kane, hes played for Norwich and sunderland but hes getting on now and for me needs replacing

An error from Bóltfelagiđ B36's Ólavur Ennigarđ allowed Hill to score a smart diving header from close range. Despite a comfortable lead, Linfield will be unhappy that midfielder Marc Connor was sent off for ungentlemanly conduct on 72 minutes.

    Monaghan United 0 - 3 Linfield (Friendly)
