Wonderkid Dennis Pellicer gave Real Madrid C.F. the lead with an accurate finish in the 14th minute. Goalkeeper Alberto Pérez Rubio ensured things went from bad to worse for Granada C.F. on 77 minutes with an embarrassing own-goal. Flamboyant striker Zaza Aptsiauri completed the rout with a placed shot on 89 minutes.

Things did not get off to a good start for Bayer 04 Leverkusen as wonderkid Manu Sedano seized on an error by Pedrinho to score a deftly executed finish from close range. Experienced winger André Schürrle then equalised for Bayer 04 Leverkusen in the 23rd minute with a fierce shot.
Wonderkid Dennis Pellicer scored what proved to be the winner on 39 minutes with an accurate finish.
R. Madrid therefore win 5 - 1 on aggregate.

Real Madrid C.F. fans came away from Vicente Calderón largely in good spirits after their match against C. Atlético Madrid S.A.D.
Real Madrid C.F. finally took the lead when wonderkid Dennis Pellicer scored a deftly executed finish on 52 minutes. C. Atlético Madrid S.A.D.'s equaliser came through Carlos Fierro as he seized on Milton Santángelo's mistake to score an accurate finish from inside the penalty area. Better late than never for C. Atlético Madrid S.A.D. and the fans were clearly delighted with Fierro's impact.

Well I would class this as a slump if I'm honest this has been a very narrow month for me getting the results we need and we have only managed that due to the fact we have a higher class of team, we are very tired though I need to rotate the squad more during the earlier part of the season, but we have got the wins we need to stay on top we have a 6 point lead over Athletic, who have just lost their manager and we have progressed into the next round of the champions league., where are just awaiting the Draw.
