Damn Radakovic needs 9 more goals, he can't be retiring now...
Seems like McIllmurray Jr. will retire under BvB Dortmund, meaning lesser games next season and even lesser goals possibly. It'd be good if somehow he manages to edge the 400 mark, too bad he retired early from the international scene.
Still scoring for Manchester United at this stage in the career is pretty impressive like. Hopefully another couple of seasons left in Stuart to guarentee a 5th place finish.
As long as he keeps getting games we can keep climbing the table. Any news on a new contract being offered or looking like retirement?Simone Finke - Simone is still playing fairly well for Bremen, but isn't getting quite as much time on the pitch. He's played 15(3) games so far for the club and has scored 8 goals and is now over 250 career goals.
I'm almost at the end of the season and no signs of retirement yet, i THINK he signed a new contract. Find out a bit later on.
Coming up next is The Mad Scot's retirement update
Arie Kanarie is the latest player to set a retirement date.
Also noticed Igor Kesina and Jimmio Bowmanaggio have been sacked. FC Lorient job is currently going, Long Tym Toon Jr. could get it.

Very good overall, but could easily still play on for a few more seasons. Almost 500 goals for Celtic too. Now all he needs is to become manager of Celtic.
Staff attributes will be edited to the same as the other players with staff attributes.
Hope Hernandez signs a new contract, don't want him retiring just yetor worse...leaving Xerez!
Oh I thought Bakra was the only one club man. Awesome career for the mad scot 823 apps for one club is amazing, congrats
Rest easy you mad, mad Scotsman. Looking forward to seeing where he ends up managing.
Still going well![]()
Yeah, there are quite a few one club men. Alejandro Hernandez, David Le Soire, Quique Sanchez-Tredwell, as LLR says, Aleksander Radakovic has only played for 1 club and then Igor Kesina and The Mad Scot are the two retired one club men.
Unfortunately none of the players are going to the World Cup![]()
Come on Shepard.....Keep it going!!!!
End of Season 2029/2030
Players
Nick Adam - Nick is playing well for Al-Hilal in his final season in football. Back in December he won the Champions League with his club. He's got 9 in 12(1) and needs 8 goals for 300.
Bakra - Had a bad injury in December, but it was another good season for Bakra. He scored 18 goals in 35(1) games. Feyenoord won the Dutch Super Cup and they won the league again.
Rocky Brittus - A pretty poor season really for Rocky, but he did get 9 goals in 14(12) games. He needs 3 goals to reach 250 career goals. Vitesse finished 5th in the league and were Dutch Cup runners up.
Whoopski Deeski - He wasn't getting many games at all this season and just to make things worse, he got knee tendonitis, keeping him out for 5 months. Spartak finished 7th in the league. He will retire soon.
Simone Finke - Simone has finally passed his old team mate Jordan Swinburn in the table, thanks to 13 goals in 25(6) games for Bremen. Bremen were poor in the cups and finished 9th in the league.
Alejandro Hernandez - Alejandro played 18(8) games for Xerez this season, scoring 7 goals. He never signed a new contract, so could end up leaving the club soon. Xerez finished 15th in the league and were Spanish Cup semi-finalists.
Arie Kanarie - Spent all season in the reserves for Man Utd, scoring 11 in 13(10) non-competitive games. He scored no first team games. He will be retiring soon. Man Utd finished 6th in the league.
David Le Soire - David is still playing well for Zurich and has no plans to retire just yet. He scored 18 goals in 34 games. Unfortunately he's lost 2nd place. Zurich finished 7th in the league.
Jason McIllmurray Jr. - Jason was mainly a sub this season, scoring 10 goals in 9(17) games for Dortmund. Dortmund finished 6th in the league. Jason needs 26 goals if he's to reach 400 career goals before he retires.
Silvio Mella - Another pretty good season for Silvio, who scored 14 goals in 13(21) games for Sporting. Silvio needs 8 goals for 350 career goals. Sporting had a fantastic season, winning the league for the first time ever.
Kwesi Owusu - A good season for Kwesi, who scored 22 goals for Chelsea in 16(14) games. Unfortunately he won't be going to the World Cup. Chelsea finished 4th in the league, won the League Cup and were runners up in the FA Cup.
Quique Sanchez-Tredwell - Another brilliant season for the Jamaican. Not a player who should be retiring any time soon. He got 33 goals this season and is in 2nd place, for now. Atlas won both stages of the league.
Aleksander Radakovic - Not a good final season in football for Aleksander. He played just 1 game for Lazio and scored no goals. Lazio made the play-offs in the league, results still to come.
Mathew Schneider - A bad season again for Mathew, scoring just 3 goals in 8(2) games for Napoli. He'll be leaving the club soon and will search for another. Napoli won the league.
Stuart Shaw - Stuart played pretty well for Man Utd this season, scoring 15 goals in 22(9) games. Unfortunately he's lost 5th place and Murt Shepard is catching him up too. Man Utd finished 6th in the league.
Murt Shepard - A good season for Murt, who scored 21 goals for Bordeaux in 32(2) games. Murt is now over 500 career goals. Bordeaux finished 7th in the league and were French Cup semi-final.
Tom Skull - It was a bad season for Tom, who only played 2 games for Valencia, not scoring any goals. No idea what is going to happen next season though, maybe he'll retire. Valencia finished 3rd in the league.
Jordan Swinburn - Jordan made it through his injury to score 1 more goal and he signed a new contract too. He got 3 goals overall in 11(2) games. Bologna finished 16th in the league.
White Widow - Still scoring plenty of goals for Lorient and is just 20 goals away from 600. He got 19 this season from 30(3) games. He could leave the club when his contract runs out soon. Lorient finished 13th in the league.
Staff
Jimmio Bowmanaggio - Unfortunately for Jimmio, his time with Bologna is up after a run of poor results. Bologna did just manage to stay up though. Jimmio will now be searching for a new job.
Chopper - Chopper made another bad move and has his 2nd relegation since becoming a manager. Valladolid finished 19th in the league, while Girona finished 10th.
Matthew Cooper - Not a great record in his first season as a manager, with 8 win, 6 draws and 9 losses. Huddersfield finished 12th in the Premier League.
Josh Crane - Josh did pretty well with Leyton Orient in his first season. They were looking likely to get relegated but they finished 17th in the league, although it was only 2 points from safety.
Ben Goldsmith - Nothing to mention other than Sheff Utd finished 3rd in the league, getting promoted via the play-offs.
Igor Kesina - Not a great first season in management for Igor having taken over at CSKA towards the end of the season. CSKA ended up finishing 5th in the league.
Long Tym Toon Jr. - Unfortunately for Long Tym Toon Jr. the managers place at Lorient has been taken, by Christopher Samba. Lorient finished 13th in the league.
Bjorgvin Radebe Jr. - It wasn't a great season for Leicester, but Bjorgvin did manage to keep them in the Championship, finishing 17th.
Mario Spehar - Not looking good for Mario, who still hasn't found himself a job.
The Mad Scot - The Mad Scot is the latest staff member and he'll now be looking for a job.

Good going Charlesbeams.
Come on Jason, go home and play for a good 2-3 seasons more, pleaseHe is not looking likely to pass 400 mark to be honest with this rate as I expect a retirement this season or the next at most.

A great career, but as already mentioned, could easily go on for a few more years. I also though Ben Goldsmiths disciplinary record was bad :|
Next up, Whoopski Deeski retirement update.

Unfortunately not quite as good as he might have hoped. I blame Liverpool.
No more tonight. Aleksander Radakovic and Arie Kanarie tomorrow.
Oh dear, what a shambles of a season...hopefully he gets one last great season before he retires.
Shame about losing 2nd. Hopefully can make it back next season.
He should be able to now that Quique has retired.
Coming up soon, Aleksander Radakovic retirement update and then either World Cup or Arie Kanarie retirement, not sure which is first![]()
We've just added 2 more players to the retirement updates. Rocky Brittus has set his sight on a 2032 retirement date and Alejandro Hernandez in July this season.
Also Whoopski Deeski has a job, he's a youth coach for Krasnodar.
Unfortunately there was another update for FM, so i can't change staff attributes until a new FMRTE shows up.
Good to finally pass Swinburn but thought it would have happened a couple of seasons ago. Hopefully we can have 2 good years and pass the 300 mark. C'mon Finke you can do it.

So close to 350 career goals, but a poor final season messed that up for him. Overall though, a pretty good career.
Arie Kanarie and Alejandro Hernandez have left their clubs and will retire soon. Mathew Schneider also left his club and will be looking for another, although he may decide to retire too.
Any other players with contracts running out, signed a new one.

A good career for Arie for club and country, a shame he never reached 100 Holland goals though.
Feyenoord, Vitesse and Arsenal are interested in signing him as staff. Would like to see him go back to Arsenal myself.
Next up Alejandro Hernandez retirement update then World Cup update.
What the hell, Arie Kanarie changed his retirement date to 2032 :S i think he will end up retiring and becoming staff though, i'll find out soon and Feyenoord and Vitesse have made bids.

Over 300 goals, so a pretty good career. Shame his Spain career never got going properly though, although he might have been better off picking Mexico.

Well i certainly didn't expect to see that final.
WOW. Didn't see that coming. Would have been Italy's if they had taken Finke![]()

They have some excellent players who are valued at pretty much nothing. In fact their right back and AMC don't even have clubs.
Some real bargains in that team.
Aleksander Radakovic is now a Youth Coach for Torino.
Alejandro Hernandez and Mathew Schneider are still without clubs.
This is now the September update, just 1 injury to mention. David Le Soire will spend the next 2 months out with a damaged achilles tendon.
We now have more staff than players.
Last edited by Charlesbeams; 22-03-2012 at 16:24.
Yeah, a lot of strikers would love to score that many goals in their careersbut i guess no cups won either. When we first started he wasn't eligible to play in Holland until he was 18 or had Dutch nationality, so i added to how many days he'd spent in Holland.
Mathew Schneider keeps rejecting contracts, so i'm guessing he'll be retiring shortly.
Come on, accept a teams' offer and start playing again.
It'd be better if he did, but if you look at others who've done the same, they end up retiring.
Coming up very shortly, Nick Adam retirement update.
Also in the last month, Matthew Cooper and Bjorgvin Radebe Jr. have both been sacked.

Almost 300 career goals, not too bad, but his half of his seasons in Marseille he hardly played. Almost 100 goals for Australia too.
Shocking, he retired 2 days before the Asian Champions League Final. He ended up staying on til just after the Cup final, so there might be a goal or two to add.
Last edited by Charlesbeams; 22-03-2012 at 19:55.
He didn't even play in the final haha. In other news, Ben Goldsmith is the new manager at Wrexham.
Right, no more update tonight other than this little bit, more tomorrow.
Bakra and Simone Finke have decided to retire at the end of this season.
Matthew Cooper is the new manager of Newcastle and Nicka Adam joined Auxerre as a Youth Coach.
And lastly Matthew Schneider has a new club. He's joined Celtic as a player.
Woot he actually joined a team and hopefully will actually get some playing time.
What's long tym doing now still stuck in france
Yeah, it could be like that for a while too.
Still no staff news for Spehar? this doesn't look good![]()
Just read from page 10 onwards. In a little town near the outback so dont have phone signal or internet. Got to an internet cafe and the game is progressing so well, Long Tym Toon Jr would of loved if he became lorient manager but Samba was a strange appointment. Keep em coming charles. Le soire needs to retire though :P
Can't believe Finke is calling it a day. Looks good enough to carry on for a few more seasons at a lower level.
C'mon Finke have one last great year
Hopefully we can get him into management once FMRTE is working again. At least make him ready to be a manager anyway.
I agree, a lot of the retired players already could have carried on for a few more years.
I should get the February update done today, so you can see how he's getting on in his last season.
Little update, mainly for new retirement dates, will list all current retirement dates though.
Going to be losing quite a few by the end of the season i reckon.Code:Simone Finke 18.6.2031 Murt Shepard 19.6.2031 Jason McIllmurray 20.6.2031 Silvio Mella 30.6.2031 Jordan Swinburn 30.6.2031 Bakra 12.7.2032 Rocky Brittus 12.7.2032

Noooo! Don't retire Silvio, you've been slowly climbing the table with all others retiring around you!
Just as expected, McIllmurray Jr. setting his sight to retirement after one last season of sitting in the benchGo home son, go home & be a hero for a year or two!
All current retirement dates are now confirmed. I'll be sorting the update out later on today.
Very nice that I've moved up to Newcastle from Huddersfield!
Yeah and your last player spent quite a bit of time with Newcastle if i remember rightly.
He certainly did, I remember it well!
Any chance I can look at the Newcastle squad by ability at all? See what I'm working with.
February 2031
Players
Bakra - Bakra is having another good season with Feyenoord and should reach 400 career goals before retiring from playing. He's got 16 goals so far in 22(5) games.
Rocky Brittus - Rocky is playing pretty often for Vitesse, with 22(2) games played. Unfortunately not too many goals scored, with just 9. However he is now over 250 career goals.
Simone Finke - Simone isn't getting much playing time this season for Bremen, so maybe retirement is the right thing to do. Just 5 goals from 8(1) games so far.
David Le Soire - A bad injury has hurt his top place chances as he falls back to 30 goals behind. He's got himself 4 goals in 9 games since recovering. He's signed on with Zurich for another year.
Jason McIllmurray Jr. - Jason has planned to retire at the end of the season and is playing ok in his last season. He's got 7 goals in 7(12) games for Dortmund so far. It's unlikely he'll reach 400 career goals.
Silvio Mella - Another player added to the retirement list and probably the right thing to do as he isn't getting many games. He's scored 2 goals this season in 2(5) games. Just 6 goals for 350, but it's looking unlikely.
Kwesi Owusu - Things aren't going well for Kwesi this season and he's leaving the club at the end of the season. He's got just 4 goals in 2(6) games and is in the reserve team.
Mathew Schneider - Mathew will probably just be pleased he's scored some goals at this late stage in his career. He's played 2(3) games for Celtic and has scored 4 goals. Has staff attributes so must be ready to retire soon.
Stuart Shaw - Stuart is having a very good season for Man Utd and it looks like he'll be one of the last few standing, for now. He's got 19 goals in 23(9) games and is 7 goals away from 4th place.
Murt Shepard - Murt is having a fairly good last season for Bordeaux, playing 16(2) games so far and scoring 11 goals. He recently took the Bordeaux most league goals for the club, with 309.
Tom Skull - Looks like it could be it for Tom now, he's not played any games again for Valencia and is now going to be leaving come the end of the season. No retirement set just yet though.
Jordan Swinburn - Another player without any games played for the first team. But Jordan is ready to retire now. He's currently in the Bologna reserves.
White Widow - White Widow is still going strong and it looks like nobody will catch him now. He's got 13 goals in 21(2) games and is just 7 goals away from 600. He's signed a new contract for a year.
Staff
Nick Adam - Nothing much to mention, other than Auxerre are currently 12th in Ligue 1. Predicted 16th.
Jimmio Bowmanaggio - Jimmio is still looking for a job. Havn't been seeing his name mentioned as a candidate for a while either.
Chopper - It's pretty close at the top of the table, but Jimmio is doing a good job so far trying to get Valladolid promoted. Predicted 2nd
Matthew Cooper - Things aren't going well for Matthew and Newcastle. They are currently in 15th place and havn't won in 9 games. Predicted 18th.
Josh Crane - So far and the season is going fairly well. Leyton Orient are currently 11th in League One. Predicted 9th.
Whoopski Deeski - Krasnodar aren't doing too badly at the halfway stage in the season. Currently 9th in the league. Predicted 5th.
Ben Goldsmith - Not really going too well for Ben since taking over, losing half of the games. However they are currently 13th and predicted 23rd.
Alejandro Hernandez - Things not going too well in the league for Zaragoza, but they are in the Spanish Cup semi-final. Zaragoza are predicted 14th.
Arie Kanarie - Arie is still a youth coach with Feyenoord, unfortunately not helping Bakra train. Feyenoord are currently 1st, predicted 2nd.
Igor Kesina - Igor is still searching for a job after being sacked by CSKA Moscow.
Long Tym Toon Jr. - He is still the coach at Lorient, despite the managers job going once again. Lorient are predicted 12th, but are currently 19th.
Quique Sanchez-Tredwell - Quique is still looking for his first staff job. Not seen any news items with him in though.
Aleksander Radakovic - Things are going well for Torino, who are 8th in the league. They are also in the Italian Cup semi-final. Predicted 8th.
Bjorgvin Radebe Jr. - Bjorgvin is in the same situation as Igor and Jimmio, searching for a new job.
Mario Spehar - It's still looking unlikely Mario will find his get his first staff role.
The Mad Scot - He took over at Aberdeen when they were struggling and they still are, in 11th place. He's lost 15 of 27 games played. Predicted 8th.

I can't quite believe Sanchez-Tredwell hasn't found a job yet. I suppose we'll have to wait until the end of the season...
Boooooooooo!
I was a day too late for Mathew Schneider retiring, so i'll be sorting his retirement update out soon.
Also added to the retirement list is Tom Skull at the end of June.

A very good career overall, just a shame things didn't go too well in his last few years.
No final season screenshot unfortunately, but i doubt his stats will have changed much.
Ahhh was only a matter of time I suppose, not getting any first team chances any more. Shame though, I would have loved to see him go home (preferably to Swindon...can't wait for tomorrow!) but still he's had a fantastic career.
Absolutely fantastic goal ratio for Stuart at Man Utd in his mid 30s! Regaining 4th spot would be a fine end to the career.
Just a little update on retirement dates.
Should have the end of season update done before 12pm and possibly 1 or 2 retirement updates.Code:Simone Finke 18.6.2031 Murt Shepard 19.6.2031 Jason McIllmurray 20.6.2031 Silvio Mella 30.6.2031 Tom Skull 30.6.2031 Jordan Swinburn 30.6.2031 Bakra 12.7.2032 Rocky Brittus 12.7.2032

Players
Bakra - A good season again for Bakra and according to his retirement date, it's not quite his last. He got 22 goals in 34(7) games and needs just 10 for 400. Feyenoord finished 2nd in the league.
Rocky Brittus - Fairly poor goals to game ratio, but actually not too bad for a 36 year old. He got 11 goals in 31(4) games for Vitesse. Vitesse finished 3rd and won the Dutch Cup.
Simone Finke - Final season for Simone didn't go too badly, scoring 11 goals for Bremen in 20(2) games. He'll be the next player to retire. Bremen finished 12th in the league.
David Le Soire - A bad injury at the start of the season stopped him from catching up with White Widow. He scored 11 goals this season in 25 games. Zurich finished 3rd in the league and were Swiss Cup runners up.
Jason McIllmurray Jr. - Had an ok last season with Dortmund, but a 2 month hip injury in the last few months ruined it. He scored 8 goals in 9(14) games. Dortmund finished 4th in the league.
Silvio Mella - Final season for Silvio wasn't too bad, but he spent most of it on the bench. He scored 10 goals in 5(19) games, just taking him over 350 career goals. Sporting finished 5th and won the Spanish Super Cup.
Kwesi Owusu - One of the few players not retiring, but he is leaving Chelsea soon, so could retire if he doesn't find a club. 8 goals this season in 6(6) games played. Chelsea finished 8th and won the FA Cup.
Stuart Shaw - A very good season for Stuart who is another of the non-retiring players. He got 28 goals in 32(17) games for Man Utd and is just 6 goals behind 2nd now. Man Utd finished 2nd and won the Europa League.
Murt Shepard - A pretty good final season with Bordeaux saw Murt score 16 goals in 26(4) games. He just missed out on taking 5th place in the table. Bordeaux finished 12th in the league.
Tom Skull - Another season with no games or goals for Tom. He decided to leave the club on a free, but thought it better to just retire. Valencia finished 8th in the league.
Jordan Swinburn - Just 1 game played for Jordan in his final season, no goals scored. Pretty average season for Bologna, finishing 10th in the league and poor in the cup.
White Widow - Another good season from the White Widow. He got 19 goals in 34(4) games. He needs just 1 goal for 600, hope he doesn't retire. Lorient finished 15th in the league.
Staff
Nick Adam - Auxerre finished 14th in the league.
Jimmio Bowmanaggio - Still searching for a new job.
Chopper - Chopper takes another team back into La Liga, but they only just took 2nd place on the last day of the season.
Matthew Cooper - Matthew did a good job of keeping Newcastle up, but only just. They finished in 16th place.
Josh Crane - A good season for Josh and Leyton Orient, finishing 4th in League One. Unfortunately they lost to Sunderland in the play-off final.
Whoopski Deeski - Krasnodar finished 10th in the league.
Ben Goldsmith - A good season considering the media predicted relegation. Wrexham finished 14th in the Championship.
Alejandro Hernandez - Zaragoza finished 14th in the league.
Arie Kanarie - Feyenoord finished 2nd in the league.
Igor Kesina - Still searching for a new job.
Long Tym Toon Jr. - FC Lorient finished 15th in the league.
Quique Sanchez-Tredwell - Still searching for a job.
Aleksander Radakovic - Torino finished 9th in the league and won the Italian Cup.
Bjorgvin Radebe Jr. - Still searching for a new job.
Mathew Schneider - Still searching for a job.
Mario Spehar - Still searching for a job.
The Mad Scot - The Mad Scot is on a 12 games without a win streak, but the main thing is he kept Aberdeen up, in 11th place.

We all know Napoli ruined his career and he wasn't the only one. So overall it's an ok career, could have been a lot better though.
Retire now Widow!
2Not much in the way of medals for Finke at the end of his career. Would have been interesting if he had stayed at Perugia a bit longer as I think we could have been closer. Still 273 goals is about 200 more than I thought we would get at one stage. A career 6.97 AR says it all, okay but not brilliant.

Amazing very first season, then downhill until he joined Dortmund. Another season and he might have made 400 career goals.
Up next is Silvio Mella, Tom Skull and Jordan Swinburn all on the same day.
Kwesi Owusu has decided to retire on the same day as the others, so he'll be next.

Should be pleased with his career overall, as he didn't really get going until 2016/17 season.
And that's it for tonight.
Incredible career from like you said not very promising beginnings in the Man City reserves, hopefully he'll have managerial career to match it!
Those wasted years at OM... At least Jason played for the reserves and those counted to the total tally. Kinda gutted he retired early from the national team and he could've easily gone back to N. Ireland for a one last season. Kids these days![]()
Well, it's the end of Kwesi as a player after 19 seasons at Chelsea, shocked to have finished as high as I did considering the super slow start. Looks to have the make-up of a great manager though
FMRTE now compatible, so i'll mess around with staff and make them even more ready to be managers.
Also we only have 5 players left, 2 of them with retirement dates set already.
Also once everyone has retired, i'll be holidaying yearly to get through it quicker.
It's looks like France was the place to go if u wanted to stall your career
Bakra and Rocky Brittus have left their clubs, leading me to believe they'll be retiring before the end of the current season, will be holidaying monthly until something happens.
Simone Finke is now the manager of BSC Old Boys, in Switzerland. Unfortunately they aren't in the league i have loaded.
And Bakra has joined AZ as a Coach, meaning his retirement update is next.
Got to start somewhere. At least if he he doesn't do the job no one will notice![]()
Charles is Toon still stuck in Lorient

A pretty good one club career. Shame he's joined a rival team as a Coach though. So close to 400 goals too.
Rocky Brittus will most likely be the next to retire.
