Whenever I go to the board to get a feeder club so I can get first option on the youth players, EVERY player in every squad in all the teams is a greyed out virtual player, so it's useless. Anything I can do to change this?

Problem with feeder clubs where the link is first option on youth players.

Is that as soon as you select them?
If so they'll start to produce youth players once you get them as a feeder club at the end of the season.
Other than that load more leagues and get feeder clubs from those leagues.

As soon as I select them, and then they continue to only have greyed out players in the youth team, every season. I've had Stirling Lions for 9 years and not one single available youth player. Same with Lech Poznan for 6 years and Torino for 1 year.
