"German First Division" average ratings

Hi,

In a recent save, it was the end of a season and I decided to check the player statistics in Germany. To my surprise, a small club (Kaiserslautern) had several players in the top of the ranking (6 on the top 10). However, they did not play in the "First Division" that season, but instead they achieved promotion through the playout. So, actually all those high ratings are from a non-simulated Second Division, as Germany was one of my background leagues.
