Whens my game going too finish :(

Im in a game at the moment and im on the 88th minute and made a sub pressed confirm, and the game continues playing but the clock is stuck on 88:00 minutes ive left it for about 10mins now and the game keeps just playing.
Any ideas?

Just go watch another highlight via the match bar, then go back to the end. that should fix it.
