I haven't found the assistant's loan report yet

In the beginning of every season the assistant says that I can ask him to find available loan players any time. But where can I do this?

Yes i have been looking for this for a few weeks now!! I assumed it was just removed and only offered in pre-season meetings?

I'm 7 seasons into the game and I've never once had the assistant come back with a single report. I've stopped bothering now.

I got three reports straight away :s

They were all of a quality one division too low, so not much help, but at least he found someone...
