Transfer deadlines

Can anyone point me in the direction of a list of when all the European transfer windows open and close? Seeing as Belgium is no longer a viable work-permit feeder in game, I need to broaden my horizons! If there isn't such a list, then if someone could let me know the dates for Romania, I would be most grateful....

Don't most European Leagues have similar transfer windows to England?

If not, the best way to check it would be in the rules tab of each of the leagues you have loaded. If you don't have those loaded then I don't know.

I'm into mid-january, and keep getting an error saying it is outside their transfer window... I didn't realise until I had completed my first season that Belgium was no longer any good, so have only just added Romania, but it doesnt come into place until the end of the season, so there's nothing to find out the rules on their information pages...

incidentally, has it been tightened up in-game about players playing for more than one club in a season? Just signed two promising Africans, but when i try to send them to a feeder club, it just does nothing, dont even get an error!
