if there are changes to any part of the game that touches or includes tactics, then your tactics may need changes.

My team was flying in a 4-2-3-1 formation. Since 12.04 patch has been installed this formation is not working for me, but maybe this is just a coincidence

Use the thread what's in the tactics forum about this. But nothings changed, if you've suddenly started losing now, then its just a coincidence.
