Assistant Manager finding players available for Loan

Hi all

When you first take over the managership of a club, there is an option for the Assistant to find players available for loan. Can we do this after the first request in FM12 and where is that located?

On a similar topic: Has anyone had trouble getting loanees in?

I play in the lower leagues (BSS) and I've got myself a decent Assman so I don't think it's got anything to do with his stats, but I have yet to be able to grab someone on loan. (I've tried every single position multiple times but with no joy- and I'm not really looking for unrealistic targets either).

I've not found anyone either and my Assistant is decent.

Getting a Parent Club is the way to go....in fact get 3 of them.

my assistant manager finds these players and then when I try and loan them the majority of the time it says, 'the club do not wish to loan this player' so if I want them I have to pay a higher than usual initial fee. Surely the ass man should only be recommending those players who are available for loan!!
