cant buy a game via credit card

i contacted your customer service but i need to know it asap.
ordered digital download via FM official page, typed the card numbers but it refuses me.
And with the other card also.

I know that i didnt croos my limits and that I typed a numbers in right way.

what xould be problem please?
maybe when i choose my country, because there are only 5, 6 countrys to choose from and I choosed Uk although I'm from croatia, but there is no option to choose my country. Dont know what could be the problem.

1 question, why would you put UK if you live in Croatia ? It wouldn't get to you.

Just buy it on Steam, much easier and you can pay for it now and then download it then play it all on the same day

Well i know in the UK you need to enter the address your card is registered at. So if you put UK, and your card is registered to your home address in Croatia, it wont work. Try setting up a paypal account and paying that way.

Yeah but I only got offered UK, Norway, Denmark and two other countrys. But when I was completing payment, there I put the my adress, street and so on. Well, nevermind, I bought it via DLGamer.
It is all solved now and my steam download just finished.
