Am reloading but storing all my saves in case anyone wants them. I know lots of these will be regularly turning up for you all but I have stored saves so far for:

St Albans *9

Carshalton *7
Lewes *6

Northwich *4
Kingstonian *4
Stafford *4
Cambridge C *3
Weymouth *2
Tooting and Mitcham *2

Worksop
Hendesford
Marine
North Ferriby
Canvey Island
Redditch
Harrow
Wealdstone (I think these last two were one team last year, but they have split)

Bradford PA

If you want one of the ones for which I have multiples, let me know and I'll let you know which combinations are available with them if you like. Will keep updating this post until I decide who to go for. Im not sure who I'm looking for, but just wanna see what options I can build up for an hour or two.

EDT: Im now only saving games with at least one unique. No point just getting loads of different combinations when its only one team we're after!!

I have a similar problem - quite fancy Hendon which isnt TOO far from the Emirates, but they play in GREEN, and the idea of managing a team playing in green makes me want to hurl!

Worksop Town FC - The UK's 4th Oldest Football Club (it's true!!)

Given up looking for Arsenal's next big rivals in Finchley. Decided to go on the same criteria as the last poster and go for Worksop as they do have some pretty smart colours, so:

I will be managing Worksop.

I noticed just as I was retiring Holiday Man that they were in fact managerless anyway, so I did something which might make me unique - I got the job by application! Dafuge - do you know if that's a first? I feel pretty good about that, gotta say!! No walking into the job by default for me!!!

I've never managed in the BSN before as I've always done this challenge with Boreham Wood before now apart from one jaunt with Hastings United. Will be interesting. Does anyone have a relevant logo pack? Preferably for Premiership teams as well as sub-BSS/BSN teams?

proving difficult to sign players - cant sign any on FT contracts and only part time if they are key players or first teamers. One player went somewhere else for a PT contract on £20 as backup as i offered only NC terms.

Likely good enough till you get to the Championship as I seen him on my Wrexham save and he was likely going to be a leading L1 player.

How far through are you, i've also made a bad start with worksop. Can't seem to get the players in, every time i make an offer several other teams also do so even though they were showing no interest.

Not far in but the team just arent at the races at all. Trying to analyse the match reports but there's not a lot that sticks out as being something that I could actually work on. A couple of players are on specific training focuses (passing and heading in particular) but....

Taken me 4 games to get the first win, no clean sheets so far. Just lost out on a L1 potential LB. He failed a medical 6 weeks ago for me, tried to sign him again only for him to sign for dorchester (in the southern premier for the same key status on half the wages)

Im Just about to play my first friendly game. Managed to bring in all the staff i needed and ive completely reshaped my squad, 13 players have left and 20 players have joined so far. Im still looking for more as im a little weak in 1 or 2 positions.

Im currently 31 minutes in and 3-0 up against Oxford City and my attackers are looking good. Bad news is that my RB Trialist has been injured, I really want a good look at him as he seems very good.

Edit: Final score was 5-0. Good first game apart from the injury to my RB - 5 weeks out with a pulled hamstring.

That's what i did last year. Relegated with Bradford PA the first season, and Hednesford were the only newly promoted team who needed a manager. Fast forward thirty or so years all the other football teasm in England had disbanded because my winning everything had ruined the sport for everybody, and the activities of Hednesford Town FC accounted for 99.1% of the town's GDP. (99.92% if you include the car dealers and 'dancers') It was fun finding out what happened to all the promising players I signed for Park Avenue. (They were always rubbish. Every single one of them. If you go to Bradford you'll occasionally see some old saddo wandering around telling people that he once played for Vikeologist. When you ask if they played for Hednesford Town, they'll just slink away).

Come to think of it, that's a bit close to the way I walk around these parts telling young Chinese girls that I once completed Dafuge's Challenge.

Thus far haven't been able to download the game. Forged, pirated and stolen products are easy to get hold of here, but as i wanted to obtain the game legitimately, it will take a bit more time. I've done pretty reasonably with signings so far I think. My back line in particular looks solid and I've managed to stay under the wage budget with some cutting of the fat. Had some crap players on ridiculous money.

I'll have another crack at this, I've only completed it once and I want to see if I can repeat the challenge.
This time I have taken over at St Albans City

The profile was taken yesterday and so far today I've signed a few players, including a few that came to the trial day and a couple of newgens that will be used as backup and more if they live up to the potential that my ass man thinks they have. I've even given one of the U18 newgens a pre-contract agreement.

I am about to take control of my first game with a money making pre-season game against Blackburn.

I've signed a host of players though and I think I'll be able to stay out of the relegation zone. I found a really good 18 year old nepalese striker but couldn't get a work permit. He was exactly what I needed too...

My scout came up with a fantastic Brazilian on day one who had been at man city - couldn't get a WP for him. Signed a Tank in defence which could bring new meaning to the steam achievement park a tank in front of the goal

Thanks, im currently downloading the metallic ones. Is anybody else noticing the amount of injuries or knocks? Getting about 2/3 per game and im only in my 2nd league game!

Wow thats not good!

I've noticed with my team that im scoring alot of goals in the first 3 minutes of a game, twice scoring in under 20 seconds. In other news my CB Frank Sinclair has become the BSN oldest goalscorer at 40 years and 276 days.

Just to clarify after the above post 189, which is the first real "update" - I will only be linking the participants table to END OF SEASON reports. So if you want to put friendly information in the end of season report then fine, otherwise that wont be linked to the table on page 1.

I'm still reloading

Think who goes down has a big impact as Chippenham came up another 5 times after that.

hmm stupid question but to get differnt people going down would mean i would need to do a totally new Holiday Manager save?

Yeah you would have to. Think I've done 3 or 4 and was the 2nd one I got Chippenham when 2/3 different teams went down than the 1st. Also if you go to 23rd make sure it's 0.00 or the same teams keep coming up.
