Nice - screenshots of your two big signings, both attributes and career, would be great! If its not too much to ask

Looking over the history of the premier league since this save started the highest points total anyone has been relegated with is 38. so my target is to get to 40.

    Novelli Update

Whilst at Rimini earlier in my save I had a Youth prospect who i made captain at 16 years of age,
Since then he has gone on to play in the champions league with Benfica.

    Novelli @ Rimini

    Novelli Now

    Novelli Career so far

Its nice to see a player who I thought at potential in the bottom division of Italy has made it to the top.

    Some nice signings there.

I had a 20+ year career managing Bristol City on FM11, loved it!

Good luck for the season ahead

I'd Love to be here 20 years but realistly the jobs Im linked with are getting bigger and bigger by the months. so if the right job comes I could have a hard decision to make

    November and December update

Results have gone against us in this busy period and we have now slid down the table.

So as a result I have moved on a few players

and brought in a few to strengthen the team

I finally got a Right back that I've needed, Also brought in another Centre back which I broke the club record transfer for as Caulker needed a better partner and Centre midfielder Camucho was an experienced free signing and 2 Strikers as mine arent scoring enough.

Hopefully results will start to pick up again with the freshing of the squad

    Transfers in the players

The right back i have needed, Massive potential

Young striker was top scorer in championship by january so i took a gamble he could do it at this level

Bristol Citys biggest transfer ever! Hardly played at liverpool but looks solid and I needed another centre back who was prem standard to partner Caulker

Had my scouts raving and turnt chelsea down for me, Hoping he can fire us to safety!

    Further Transfer News

    Sold another player

Bought him on a free in a summer and hasnt made the grade. Made a profit though

    Brought two more in

My two backup keepers are nowhere near prem standard so I brought him in and started him every game since and hes keeping Bransecu out with fine performances

I needed a back up for alex chamberlain as he has played every game and needs a rest.

    January Update

    Review

As you can see Doeseb has started brilliantly with 7 goals in 5 games and is already my top scorer for the season. The new players have strengthen the squad, Vissing has been a rock in goal, Oliveria and Albansei have gone into the back 4 with Caulker and Muric and it seems tighter and Doeseb has been a star already I hope he keeps it up. Milesi and Kelly has both become squad players. Ive spent alot of money this season but on young players so I hope we stay up and the players progress so we dont need to spend much more

He has a good goal scoring record and scouts highly rate him so I'll take the gamble His Finishing stats are abit lower than I'd like for a Premiership Striker but if he scores and sets up a good partnership with Doeseb Ill be happy, Plus hes english ;)

Safety is secured! Which was the aim, 4 games remain just gotta see if we can move any higher now for abit of money. Looking towards next season now. We Spent alot of money this season so not expecting much movement in the summer we need a striker and a back up centre back and back up right back and that will be business done unless we find a diamond. The striker is already tied up so happy with that

January transfer signing Chris Milesi hasnt made the grade so I needed another Right midfielder to challenge Chamberlain so I swooped for Polish Right winger Leszek Sikora for £2million.

Trying to get all my transfers done nice and early. Movements made for two other players ill bring the news to you if confirmed.

Oscar Devereux Signs from West Ham United

Another Striker will be joining us in the summer

We should now have the strikeforce to score us the goals to move us up the league.
Devereux will join Doeseb, Nielsen, Kelly and Cheng.

I Know i said nothing else would be coming in but West brom paid the £5.5million needed to meet Sean Murray's Minimum Release fee so I needed a replacement and I tried to sign Bocias last summer but he rejected me so I tried again and he signed for £5million. I think he looks a better player and i made £500k from the two deals.

    Novelli

I made a post a while back about my 17year old captain from Rimini who was now playing champions league football at benfica, he was transfer listed so I swooped in for him and he stated he was joining because of me
    Review

We didnt need much, just about of quality, signed 2 strikers to give us a quality strike force, a Right midfielder to challenge Chamberlain, then the rest was about adding depth until Novelli became available then I added him too. I would love to get into europa or win carling cup

    Aussie Update

    Review

Another good month in the league, we let in a 89" goal against west ham which was a bit of a kick in the nuts but we are still unbeaten which if we are honest is way better than expected, knocked out by Man Utd in the cup (expected) And my 100th Bristol City game ended with 3 points. First Venture into international management 3 games 3 losses but all against bigger countries in the world of football. Already qualified for the world cup so just got to wait for that to come around.

Pretty harsh defeats internationally, would have though you'd have got more against Denmark especially being at home.

That's what usually happenes to me when I have two jobs. Managing a club is way more interesting.

Don't blame you for standing down, I don't find it easy to enjoy international management at all.

    Transfer update

Last january I signed Dennis Vissing as back up keeper for 975k, He ended up playing most of the games for the rest of the season but this season hes second choice again so when Reggina came in with a £8.5m bid I was happy to let him go, a massive profit of just over 7.5m

I quickly swooped for experienced back up goalkeeper for £900k

You'll be glad he's 35, his name certainly is a mouth full. (and no, that's not what she said)

    January 2022 Update

    Transfer Window Update

    In

Media Reports suggested Juventus were about to make a £32m bid for Bransecu so when i saw Butland was transfer listed I swooped for him fast, but the bid never came so I have 2 quality keepers. two loan signings are full back cover and the Signing of Sloth is for the future hes a 16 year old Dm

    Out

Matthews asked for contract termination so i agreed that, Vissing was a great deal for the club we got two replacements for cheaper, Morrice and Gueye have struggled to break into 1st team so iv let them go out on loan and da silva had 6 months left on his deal and was nowhere near 1st team so i sold him.

    Deal tied up for summer

Reinforce our central defence, Albanesi and Caulker are my main two but beyond that I have nothing so Marcao will make us stronger

Well done challenging at the top, a huge difference from your earlier years. Marcao looks class.
