Need Some Ideas

I want to get imbedded in youth development, but I can't go my beloved Aston Villa because I take my results and performance to serious i.e. if the media said we would finish 13th and if I didn't make any signings I would still expect european football thus putting to much presure on myself and players, so I dont pay attention to developing youth to the level I want.

So what are you ideas for a team to go, would it be better to go has a top team, or has a low league club.

Start low, with low expectations, in a small country.

I've just had a good save in Slovenia, lots of room for improvement in the league too
