Its 2014 in my game and I have italy as view only so I cant get a job there but I'm wondering if its at all possible for me to change it mid game so I could possibly get a mvoe to Italy. I realise its a long shot but would be nice.

You can't. Once you've chosen the league set up it can't be changed ingame.
