And it's happened again I want to manage a team where i know the players and although i want a challenge i dont want it to be too much of a chore. Anyone got any ideas? mackemforever Posted June 1, 2011 Share Posted June 1, 2011 Download one of the league systems which take England down to level 9 or 10. Starting off as an amateur club is great fun and it isn't really too difficult because you can generally build up a squad that will dominate your league and will have an easy time getting a few promotions in a row, plus once you start moving up the leagues it is very rewarding, especially if you get some good youth into your club and develop them and nurture them into key players for your side.
