Advice please buying co owned players

Hi Guys

I am interested in buying a player who is transfer listed.
The game though is not giving me the option to place a bid.
He is co owned by 2 clubs is there any way in the game to make a bid on this player or is this a glitch in the system.

You should be able to buy 50% from each co-owning club.

The only time I could make an offer for a co-owned player was from a direct link in the email. His agent was offering him.

That might be the problem then.
He is transfer listed but I have not had an offer from his agent

You have to buy both clubs' 50% stake in him before the transfer offer will be accepted. In the same place you would usually put in a transfer bid, there is something like 'Offer for X's 50% stake' and 'Offer for Y's 50% stake'.

I cant find anywhere to make the offer to them

Yep.
There is no "Make an offer" or "approach to sign" buttons in co-owned players.
