On the game, is it possible for a team to enter Administration and go bust? Bankrupt and gone completely. Like Chester, Scarbrough and Halifax for example?

Nope, I don't think it is. Due to legal reasons I believe.

Not only is it due to legal reasons but I imagine the coding involved could probably cause further problems and bugs.

The one thing that I wish they would do and has no legal implications as Administration is already used, is that when a team goes into Administration the following steps are taken by the FA

they are

1 - docked 9 points Premier League and 10 for the other leagues
2 - If a team fails to meet the administration terms by a deadline date they potentially lose evan more points (example Southampton 17 points)

Currently FM only applies step 1 and step 2 could be applied and would add further realism that SI seem to crave.

Its all coding and no non-existent legal reasons....which is absurd because SI dont even have licenses for some playable leagues.

I thought there was the legal issue of allowing a club to dissolve therefore implies that the club is so poor at financial management that they are likely to dissolve?

No, it's primarily due to potential legal reasons. In the same way that certain things you'll see happen in the media with regens, you'll never see happen with "real" players.
