Has the bug been fixed so you get approached by clubs?

I heard there was a bug that stopped you not getting many approaches or none at all? Wondering if this had been fixed before I start my game. Thanks.

I started my current save on 11.3 at Celtic with automatic rep, moved after 6 years to Marseille, then after only 1 season got the Arsenal job which is where I still am currently, so from my perspective I'd have to say it seems to have been improved significantly from 11.1/2 when I'd only ever get approaches from South American clubs despite taking Celtic to 9 SPL titles in a row, numerous domestic cup wins and 2 C.L Semi-finals.

yep, id say at least a massive improvment, im at liverpool in 2030 and have been offered 3 top jobs without me applying for them. on 11.2 i found it much harder to move around whille still employed.
