bluesjunior Posted April 3, 2011 Share Posted April 3, 2011 If you have excess transfer funds left at seasons end do they carry over into the next season or are they appropriated by the board, meaning that you start each season fresh with the board designated transfer fund?. Blidly, Do you mean that if you have funds left at seasons end which the board then appropriates as per dafuges reply then you will get a bigger transfer budget in the following season than you would have received otherwise?. The budget is set based on your clubs finances at the end of the previous season. If you spend all your transfer budget in a season, your finances will be worse than if you don't spend any so naturally your budget the following year would be less.
