    just starting new game with barca but want to play 4-4-2. any ideas for a good strong striker to partner villa up front for about 10 mil

    you already have messi, play his as a trequesta and adjust a few of the settings and he will be amazing.

    Jan Koller - brilliant striker in his day. He's still got decent Championship level stats, so could possibly be a bit part player. I'd recommend Berbatov, but obviously there's a big cost

    I'm Barca, I play 4-4-1-1, Messi just behind Villa set as attacking midfielder, and give him as much free roaming, attacking, & he'll work wonders, scored 31 in the league for me, Villa as a complete forward got 21 goals despite being injured for 3 months.

    Barcelona is all about 4-3-3 or odd times 4-2-3-1 wide. If you dont't play to the 4-3-3 system you are totally ignoring the Catalan way of football
