I want to expand the game to level 11 by downloading a file from the forum. I downloaded it fine but i have just realised i dont have an editor data file to put it in! Can anyone help me with this please?

All you have to do is create one mate. That's what I had to do when I've downloaded something

To be clear, you need to create a FOLDER named 'editor data', then put the files in it.
